decent location, some issues
bad breakfast breakfast service
bad service during breakfast and at the blackrock bar left a sour taste in my mouth. staff in blackrock bar seemed more interested in flirting than clearing our table to take a dessert order.

the room had a REALLY lovely sea view. the leisure center was clean. i found the staff and the food quite good.
the hotel rooms themselves are showing their age.

The bedroom was large and well-appointed. It included a fridge, which I found useful. The shower worked very well. Breakfast included tasty food suitable for various preferences.
I found a strange odor in the room. I switched rooms, but the smell persisted. The hotel is old. I did not experience a cute atmosphere.

The leisure facilities offer great showers with hot water. Hairdryers are also available ' convenience. The hotel seems very clean and well kept.

The reception staff were helpful and courteous upon arrival. They arranged for my bags to go to the room. Staff efficiency and helpfulness stood out during lunch, and the food tasted excellent.

The location is directly by the sea, a detail I value. There is convenient parking at the hotel. A public transport stop is nearby for easy access.

I enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped room. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions (it made exploring very convenient).
The service at the bar was slow. The restaurant was also understaffed, leading to delays and inconsistent service. (It was a busy night, though.)

spacious room modern machines comfortable loungers
The room was spacious and super clean. It definitely met my expectations. I appreciated the well-equipped gym, complete with modern machines and free weights. The pool area was also a highlight. It featured comfortable loungers and a relaxing atmosphere.
The bar was a bit too dark. Better lighting would make it more inviting.

The leisure center includes a clean swimming pool. It also features a sauna. The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The facility is very well-kept.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Check-in was efficient, and the team addressed all questions quickly. The breakfast service was attentive, with staff readily available to assist.
